“Cosmos Says Hello create an energetic fury for the ears. Listeners will be immediately hooked by the catchy melodic overtones as well as the sonic blast of raw power.”

Last Monday night I made it out to Greenhouse.. now I would usually never go there, especially not on a Monday night when I am more accustomed to sitting in front of the television, however the new band Cosmos Says Hello was playing and I just needed to see it. Consensus? They.Are.Awesome. So awesome that we asked them to play at our ALIOMI One Year Anniversary Party in August. Here are some photos from the performance.
PS. Rumor has it that actor Drake Bell was there celebrating his bday at Greenhouse the same night that Cosmos Says Hello was performing and he borrowed a guitar pick from their lead singer, Gore, to do an impromptu duet cover of the Beatles' song She Came in Through The Bathroom Window. By that point in the night, I had of course left to go to bed... my loss! Maybe Drake will come to our ALIOMI One Year and do an encore :) XxSE - ALIOMI

Check out the four cute dudes in the band Cosmos Says Hello at their gig tonight at Lit Lounge. Their first single "Fine, Rich, Famous" (are they describing me? Joking.) can be heard here and will be on iTunes this summer as they finish cutting their first record in the studio, so see them now before they become big. Their sound is described as "light and listenable, an indie-filled version of dancing or clouds" Or as lead singer Gore tells me: "We are four passionate, living, loving, willing and able, potent, sterile, serious and not serious, cosmic, star-shaped, open-minded lads." Trip us out.
