Corey Dawson is a multi-instrumental recording artist from San Diego, California. His latest engagement is the release of his debut album titled “All the Good Songs.”
Clinging to the Mexican-American border, Corey grew up submerged in classic rock, but eventually found an interest in rap & hip-hop, punk rock, reggae, jazz, classical, and ultimately electronic dance music. With idols like Paul McCartney, Sting, and Les Claypool, Corey’s style of music is eclectic, yet Bass-centric. Corey has opened for Jurassic 5, Unwritten Law, Tom Morello, and Dickie Betts of the Allman Brothers Band.
