City Bear

City Bear is the solo project of singer/songwriter, Andy Wylie. The music is a blend of pop, country, americana, blues, jazz, and indie rock, taking influence from bands such as The Everly Brothers, The Zombies, The Band, The Irish Rovers, Tom Waits, Simon and Garfunkel, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams Sr, Faron Young, Bill Monroe, Jimmy Martin, Dan Andriano, The Smoking Popes, The Avett Brothers, and Roger Miller among many others. The project was officially formed in 2012 after the demise of Andy's horror punk band, Church For Sinners, and has since been playing with various lineups all over Seattle and Everett.
