Chutes & Ladders is the brainchild of Nashville-based songwriter and producer Brooke Jenkins. Taking inspiration from artists as varied as Mika and Lana Del Rey, Jenkins combines elements of synth pop and alt-rock into her own brand of indie. United by one voice in both a poetic sense and a literal one, Chutes & Ladders marries contrasting pieces with an admittedly thin through-line. She is currently releasing a series of semi-regular singles, including "Talk" and "Centerfold," available now.
