Chuck Leah

Known for his sober ballads, heartrending lyrics, and an oddly callused, raspy voice, Chuck started his expedition in the 80’s as part of the folk house concert movement. However, as an accomplished bassist, Chuck was versatile enough to cover bass with a variety of bands and a host of musical identities. He spent most of the 1980’s performing in various venues with such rock bands as; Haste, NNY, and The Mighty Smites. During the 1990’s he recorded Undone and toured broadly as the bassist/vocalist with country band Tumbleweed, finishing off the 90’s on a stint with Sammy Hagar
