Christos Mark is an NY born and raised indie singer-songwriter who, is reinterpreting his Greek musical heritage in an innovative way. This past summer, Christos filmed his music video for his single “Call Me”, in Mykonos Greece, with no budget or crew, just a camera and his director. The music video was just released this year and not only accepted by VEVO but also retweeted to their 1.5million followers:http://smarturl.it/fdt2kp Last year, "Call Me" was produced by the American Producer WNDRBRD (Grant Michaels) who is currently touring with Selena Gomez, and has produced hits with "SZA," Oh Land, Courtney Love, Hoodie Allen, Cobra Starship, and Sia. Christos has been performing and selling out gigs at some of NY's most legendary venues such as the Bitter End and the Pyramid Club. Christos Mark's executive producer, Tina Shafer (http://tinashafer.net/about/), singer songwriter, vocal coach, and Artistic Director of the New York Songwriter’s Circle, has helped to discover and/or develop the careers of many of today's international top artists, such as Lana Del Rey, Norah Jones, , Avril Lavigne, Ducan Cummings (The Virgins), Tony-Award winner Billy Porter, and Vanessa Carlton. She has also written songs for Celine Dion and Donna Summer to name a few. Billboard Magazine heralded her Songwriter's Circle as one of the best showcases in NY for discovering talent. Together, Tina and Christos are now working toward writing, recording, and finalizing his upcoming EP.
