Chozenman has been recording Holy Hip Hop music since 2003. On April 25 his highly anticipated debut album Glory Music was released and has been doing very well locally. He has shared the stage with artists such as S.O.M of Chicago, Zion of Georgia, and Forgiven Four of Indianapolis. His first single, "Walk by Faith" has proven success with local radio, as well as a number of additional songs in current rotation on 5 gospel radio shows in the midwest. He has been featured on DJ I Rock Jesus' live mixshow, Home of the Ministry Heat. He'sperformed in venues trailblazed by artists such as Truth, Lacrae, Flame and other Holy Hip Hop heavy weights, all leading up to his invitation to perform at the 9th Annual Holy Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta, GA in January of 2009.

With his hard hitting, heart piercing, tear jerking, youth directed, exciting, biblically based, life changing, soul saving, Holy Hip Hop music, Chozenman keeps Christ as the foundation, and continues to encourage young people to reach for their dreams.

Chozenman's Testimony
"Most of you have heard the saying, "people want the glory, but they don't know the story behind the glory." Well as I continue to make music that glorifies the Lord, and the lifestyle that he's laid down for me to live, I believe it is my story that has prepared me for the calling God has on my life. Having suffered so much in my lifetime it has become extremely important to me to keep youth from experiencing some of the things I’ve gone through. My desire is to change the lives of our youth. What I know and what I have experienced allows me to connect with people all over the world. God has chosen me because I know how dark it gets. I weathered the storm and I’ve made it out, and every person young and old deserves to know how & why that's possible. My music is encouraging, never discouraging. It never tears down the soul but uplifts the soul. My desire is to present hope to communities, and neighborhoods where the people may not be able to see that far, of course with Christ being the key. Being cool, hip, as well as understanding and able to relate, draws people to my music, and my music draws them to Jesus. Because if God can use a burning bush to speak, he can use me, he can use you, where ever you are. The direction our world is going in is the opposite of the direction it should be going. I’m blessed to be one of the “Chozen” few that God is using to fight back, earn a spot on the front line, and loose the devil from the lives of our people. In my walk, the devil has made countless efforts to keep me from fulfilling my calling - getting hit by a train in ‘97, breaking my neck in a car wreck in ‘02, women, gangs and jail. But now I can truly say I'm free! Though the fight is far from over, I welcome the battle. Blessings!"
