'The best way I can describe the music is that it sounds like Kate Bush meets Radiohead' - Doug Taylor owner of Codapop studios
'Chloe Jones is a English born songwriter who now lives in Canada. Her music is incredibly atmospheric, mixing folk, pop and ambiance with her sweet voice. It resembled Lanterns on the Lake a little who were a New Treat long ago. She has two upcoming London shows, she is playing the London City Showcase between the 5th and 7th May and also the Bull and Gate on May 10th.'

'The album began to come to fruition when Jones was approached by Codapop's Doug Taylor after playing her set at a open mic. Next thing she knew she was in the studio, making lasting friendships and important collaborations with a group of studio musicians (most of whom still play with her band) and engineer Matt Fudge. Working with these like-minded and experimental musicians resulted in some interesting uses of sound (like recording the sound of an iPhone application, then manipulating it) that set Jones apart from other artists' - The Coast

Bio
naked alone. so far from home.
Chloe Jones, moving from her home country of England to Canada in the fall of 2007 with nothing but a suitcase and a single goal. To create meaningful music that moves people beyond simple melodies to the extraordinaries of the extraordinary.
It wasn't until Chloe met like minded musician Matt Fudge that things began to take shape while working on her debut EP "Old Palace" throughout the summer of 2010. Chloe found her voice while transforming her cleverly crafted pop songs with layers of vintage drum machines, analog synthesizers and iPhone apps.
Just releasing her debut EP "Old Palace" which takes the listener on a journey through a world filled with the pop sensibilities of Coldplay and Keane, inhabited by the experimental textures of Bjork and Emilie Simone. Chloe is ready to have her unique world discovered.
Chloe and Matt were recently selected to play at the London City Showcase where artists such as Amy Winehouse and Keane made their start.
