Bio
Cecelia Jeffrey began as a trained vocalist and guitarist at the young age of six. She began composing her own works in early grade school, and has since been recognized for her work, and lyrical wisdom which is well beyond her age. Despite being young, Cecelia has a regular schedule of several performances weekly. What makes her so unique is her rare insight and understanding. Very often described as an "old soul," her songs are relateable, but also provoke thought and wonder.
