Cassidy Louis is an independent singer-songwriter currently creating in New Orleans, LA. After prior experience in musical theatre, she turned to songwriting in an effort to tell her own stories. Her heartfelt lyrics ride a wave of moody pop and dark electronic synths for a composition style that is unapologetically unique. Living by the mantra of “being enough”, she writes with the purpose of empowering herself and others. 

Her debut EP, The Beginning, served the purpose for which it is entitled - the beginning of sharing her voice with the world through song. Feeling like she is best heard through song, she took to music in an effort to make space for her truth and to encourage others to do the same. This intention has continued with her latest project, her album Crown, which was released in March 2019, and is also reflected in her upcoming EP, Technicolor, which tells the story of what it’s like to fall in and out of love.
