Stefan Cashwell

Atlanta native, Stefan Cashwell has become one of the most exciting songwriters to emerge from the Atlanta music scene. With his remarkable, rough hewn vocals and evocative, finely etched songs, he touches upon a variety of musical styles ranging from alternative country to dark bluesy ballads. Primarily a solo songwriter, Stefan Cashwell has collaborated with artists such as Tyler Lyle, Lauren St. Jane, and Molly Parden, to name a few. Often performing in a band setting, his performances will draw you in, with every line searching for something to stir the soul of the audience. On his newest release entitled "Stories", Stefan is joined by band members Micah Williams, David Bailey, and Thomas Lockwood. The sessions concluded in early spring of 2011 and the band has hit the road in support of the record, performing at major venues around the Southeast.
