In this Cinderella story...There's no Prince...There's No Slipper left behind at the stroke of midnight but there's a girl whom from the moment of birth was born to rightfully claim her musical talents that were ancestrally bestowed upon her.
Casey Brady was announced 18 years ago in a small tranquil borough of New Jersey. Born as a fraternal twin to culturally diverse parents; life in Wanaque was often serene causing her to retreat within her own vivid thoughts. Brady needed an escape so she found solace in poetic writing. Her solace would cause her, along with her confidence to withdraw from the world as her twin Brande thrived, socially leaving Casey behind. Most twins take a lifetime to define their own identity, but on the contrary for 18-year-old Casey, the very moment her octaves vocally escaped; she knew her musical path had already been individually predestined. At first I didnt realize that I had musical talent until I found myself singing every day and coming home from school so excited to write poems for my English class. Soon, I started writing on my own. Finding her voice ignited strength and courage within her yet adorning her with a new found confidence. With this new found outlook; the Wanaque, NJ native began perfecting her technique of musical creation and vocal artistry.

Now a senior at Lakeland Regional High School, Casey describes herself as once being one of the most timid girls at Lakeland. I would always rush to watch shows like American Idol and Americas Got Talent. It amazed and inspired me how the contestants had the courage to sing in front of thousands of people, she reminisces.
Casey soon enrolled in vocal lessons to perfect her craft, performing wherever she could; talent shows, dramatic musical plays and even joining her high school chorale. Joining the chorale granted her the prestige of singing for world leaders in the nation's capital, granting her a first class tour of Ireland and even performing at Carnegie Hall; one of the most historically prestigious venues in the world for both classical and popular music. Once I first stepped onto a stage I realized that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, she reflects.

Casey's inspiration comes from the emotional lyrical artistry of Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Mary J. Blige and Christina Aguilera to respectfully name a few. Her sound is a collaborate genius of country, pop, contemporary and alternative rock.

Her theatrical debut came by chance in the musical Caf Cabaret after winning a teen competition at Smiling Rhino Theatre. Winning several local musical competitions and contests were just not enough to quench the thirst Casey had for global stardom.
So with the support of her family, she auditioned for NBC's nationally syndicated show, "The Voice."
"I felt like this feeling and this moment was the one thing that could never be taken away from me.

After these experiences she realized that sharing her music with the world was what she was born to do. I wanted to connect with an audience in a way where they felt my pain or happiness while at the same time I felt their emotions too, she admirably admits.

All I want to do is to leave an impression on peoples hearts. Although it was unbeknownst to her at the time, she had already left a permanent indent on one persons heart; MJ Records CEO, Edward Garcia. Garcia recognizing her talents, immediately promised Casey that he would transform her local dreams into a global reality.

In 2012 Casey signed with MJ Records and is hard at work on her debut album with a team of sought after super producers from Henry Santos of Aventura, Wyclef Jean and Mary J. Blige fame. Casey has triumphed over her highest hurdles and is well on her way to existing within her lifelong dream with the combination of her authentic talents and the entire MJ Records family alliance behind her.
