From "Free Bike Valet":
Los Angeles based singer/songwriter, Caroline Ashkar, is a wild-haired folkster who embraces life with a tender mindset and an acoustic guitar. Her first release, the aptly titled The Acoustic EP, was recently followed by another aptly titled EP, The Follow-Up. With a raw songwriting approach, she brushes up memories of early Bright Eyes or Kathleen Edwards.
