Bud Phillips

Bud Phillips is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, engineer and producer. His notable instruments include guitar, mandolin, bass, drums, banjo and keys. Growing up in the small city of DeLand, Fl. Bud had plenty of time to work on his craft of writing and
learning various instruments. Through the early years Bud has played in various bands including his own project Bud Phillips Band, Nidus Expire, Ben Bledsoe & The Shoreline. Playing with those bands has given him the opportunity to play Florida Music Festival on
multiple occasions, the Florida dates on Warped Tour for two years in a row, as well as sharing the stage with such names as A Day to Remember, Hanson, There for Tomorrow, Between the Trees, Edwin McCain, The Ataris and more. While off stage Bud creates, produces and writes with bands and other artists in his central Florida studio. Bud Phillips now is a touring musician for the young, up and coming country star Tegan Marie. Bud is her mandolin and guitar player when she is on the road. While touring with Tegan, Bud has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Jesse James Decker, Hunter Hayes,
Granger Smith, LOCASH, Cassadee Pope and more. Tegan has seen success through her viral videos like Florida Georgia Line’s “H.O.L.Y.” and many more which has landed the band on the CMA fest, Good Morning New York, Arthur Ashe Kids Day and the up and coming Good Morning America. Bud Phillips happily supports Tegan on her dreams and ambitions and will continue to play music for her.
