Brittani Gravely Biography

On April 22, 1989 in Staten Island New York powerful vocalist and artist extraordinaire Brittani Gravely was born. Blessed with a gorgeous and effortlessly versatile singing voice and colored with inflections of vocal POP, R & B, and JAZZ influences, Brittani developed her singing style that she describes as musical expressions that touches ones emotions.

Dedicated and humble and with her mother as her biggest fan, Brittani spent endless hours isolated in her room studying singing sensation such as Beyonce and Mary J. Blige and some of the greats of the 21st century like Gladys Knight and Billie Holiday. When she began doing gigs at local venues, it was mainly for small audiences at open mikes. Brittani also auditioned for American Idol and Americas got talent. However, Brittani has since performed for broader audiences with performances at Tower Records, Public Assembly, Iguana Lounge, SOB’S and the Shea Stadium night club. She also has graced the stage for several community events such as the South Bronx Earth Fest, The Brooklyn Street Festival and Brittani has Made special appearances at Bronx community college and Hunter College “school of hard rocks the freshman event” and Kean University.

Brittani decided early in life to become a singer/song writer. Since those early days she developed her own singing style. Her versatility and stage performance is a reflection of the countless hours of hard work to develop her craft and like many greats before her who paved the way, this entrepreneur artist extraordinaire is expected to do great things in the music industry.
