Brad Lowery Band

In June of 2008 Brad Lowery was asked to take on the role of the Student Worship Leader Intern at Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church. With plans to continue his education at East Tennessee State University after graduation, Lowery felt God strongly calling him to stay in Knoxville, TN and take on the position. Quickly over the course of the following month God began to put the band together. August 6, 2008 was the Brad Lowery Band's first Wednesday leading worship together for the middle and high school student ministry at CHBC. Since then God has put a passion in their hearts to see middle, high school, and college students their age truly worship the Creator of the Universe.

In May of 2009, the Brad Lowery Band had the opportunity to record their first studio project. The three song CD, titled "The Demo", released in November of 2009, takes you from the popular mainstream sound of worship music to their very own unique folksy roots. With their single 'We Will Wait' being apart of Love 89.1's local artist show, The Detour, in Knoxville, TN, the band has had a fair amount of success for their first year and a half together.

In June of 2010, the Brad Lowery Band signed with McLaughlin Music Group International (MMGI). The Brad Lowery Band's single 'We Will Wait' released to radio stations world wide in September 2010. 'We Will Wait' reached #11 on the GLOBAL INSPO charts and #13 on the GLOBAL AC. We were featured twice on Power Praise, a syndicated radio show that airs on 140+ stations across the U.S. and around the world, and we landed at #2 on the Global CHR impression chart.
