Black Dave

Black Dave is an up in coming Hip-Hop artist born and raised in New York City. All within one year of making music, Dave has reached a following and buzz in and outside of NYC. With rocking shows at such venues as NYC’s Santos Party House & Community 54, Dave has gotten his name out. Although Dave started out skateboarding in NYC he always loved Hip-Hop and directing music videos, once he began recording music and filming videos in August of 2011, everything seemed natural and on point. Since August ’11, Dave has dropped several self directed videos all with either a funny, uplifting message or a strong, meaningful message.. Dave’s most recent video was dedicated to the lives of Trayvon Martin and Sean Bell. The video titled “Public Enemy” reached over 12,000 views and showed everyone his more serious side and how he stands against police brutality and gun violence.The year of 2012 will be a big year for Black Dave, as with the release of his highly anticipated mixtape, Black Donald Trump, music videos, performances, as well as acquire more blog and magazine coverage.
