Big Sky Theory formed in 2007: a three piece alternative rock outfit with a sound similar to that of bands such as Radiohead, muse, incubus and the late Jeff Buckley. Big Sky Theory work hard to ensure each piece they produce has a real point of difference whilst still keeping remnants of their own sound in the mix.
The more recent works of Big Sky Theory are introducing a heavier, less complicated approach with more focus on song structure rather than individual elements, thus leading to songs that are still dynamic but more to the point.
This growth in songwriting is clearly evident in the early stages of recording of Big Sky Theory's Debut LP. An collection of songs in which Big Sky Theory will showcase an eclectic mix of songs attributed to an ever evolving taste in music.
The LP is planned for release in the early stages of 2011.
