Beyond All Limits is an instrumental group which performs a high-octane brand of jazz/funk/rock fusion. This is not music for your Sunday Jazz-brunch. Created by guitarist and Brooklyn resident Jon Blanchette, and comprised of other Brooklyn musicians who have played their fair share of cocktail jazz gigs in tuxedos, Beyond All Limits endeavors to rock a bar or club with a danceable mix of funk/fusion staples, reworkings of traditional jazz standards, and funky originals. Whether navigating complex melodies over odd-time signatures or pounding away at classic-rock riff, Beyond All Limits can be counted on to convey their energy, enthusiasm and enjoyment of playing music to those in attendance.
