Barrio Tiger

Barrio Tiger is an L.A. based garage punk band with a penchant for delivering blistering shows. They recently signed to Pat Todd's Rankoutsider records, whose roster includes The Lazy Cowgirls, The Humpers, The Black Jetts, among others. Rankoutsider will be releasing Barrio Tiger's newly finished 12" 45 e.p., "Laugh Now, Cry Later" which they recorded with Manny Nieto through Burnside distribution. Manny has recorded and produced The Breeders, Mars Volta, Darker My Love, Los Lobos, among a slew of L.A. and international artists. Barrio Tiger has shared the stage with Early Man, Red Fang, The Upper Crust, The Humpers, The Hangmen, Crystal Antlers, Deadbolt, Fatso Jetson, and the legendary Mike Watt, among others. The band is currently booking tours for summer and fall 2011. Upcoming shows and festivals booked for 2011 include main support for the Fleshtones at the Satellite in Los Angeles, as well as slots in Reno's Sleazefest, the Los Vegas Shakedown and the Sunset Junction in Silver Lake with The Melvins and Butthole Surfers. Barrio Tiger proudly rocks Converse shoes and Seymour Duncan pickups.
