Back Before Dawn was founded in August of 2005 by Janine Bennett (formerly Hahn) and Jesse MacNett. Since their meeting, they have written nearly 15 original songs, 5 of which they have recorded with the full band. Currently they are in the studio recording their first full album, and they play full band electric and acoustic shows depending on the needs of the venue.
Since they have been together, the band has been blessed with many members and musical influences. Today they are joined by Jeff Moore on lead guitar and Kyle Wardrop on drums. The band performs both orginals and covers to complete their set.
The band continues to tour the Baltimore and DC surrounding areas, seeking to meet as many new people as they can. They look forward to meeting you too!
