Indie rock is tearing at the seams, and out bleeds two big dumb American rockers naive enough to try and shill the same cock rock that music execs have been feeding to the public since 1971. But god damn, heavy feels so good right now.
These cousins grew up in the little town of Turlock, the "The Chapel Capital of California." One day, Bobby put on a copy of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs." When that first note crashed into their living room, neither were ever the same. Moved out to LA and began jamming with local musicians with Bobby on guitar and Kevin on bass. This configuration lasted through two bands and three years playing local venues. After a construction accident damaged Bobby's finger dexterity, he took up the drums and they formed Andropoly. It's been the Rhythm Section of Doom ever since.
Making music can be a very intimate. As they say in the classic American Taboo series: "keep it in the family."
