"AETERNO KEEPS IT MOVING"

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AETERNO KEEPS IT MOVING
A fiery Pennsylvania powerhouse is emerging from the alternative
rock scene, comprised of an elite set of musicians pooling their
talents together for a truly explosive, exciting result. Formed in
2011, Aeterno features four seasoned rock artists collaborating to
create some of the more incredible music in the indie scene today
with their debut EP, Keep it Moving. With live performances and
fresh material on the horizon, this four piece behemoth is poised
to burst through the radio airwaves from coast to coast.
Consisting of vocalist and guitarist Neil Sarker, lead guitarist
and vocalist Jason Howell, bassist Steve Vosburg , and
percussionist James Donelson (A.K.A Jimmy D), Aeterno began
penning songs almost immediately, recording original tunes in
anticipation of their first album release. Thanks to the recording
engineering chops of Jeffro Weigand, Jimmy D and the group’s
collective production ability, Keep it Moving is a true team
effort, taking each member’s unique experience and skill to
generate a six track tour de force of catchy, inspired indie
rock.
With their debut songs already burning up the internet radio
charts of Jango, Last.FM, Pandora, and iHeart Radio, Aeterno is
garnering interest and accolades from fellow musicians and
industry professionals.
Robert “Bubby” Lewis - Bass player for Snoop Dog/Lupe Fiasco says
“This band is truly a powerful musical experience, love it."
“Aeterno creates music that is melodic and memorable. Their
writing and musicianship are outstanding,” said Gene Foley,
Founder and President of Foley Entertainment Inc.
Ross Tokin - C.E.O of Concerthouse says “I love the E.P. Keep it
Moving, It is a collaboration of song writing and musicianship
that hasn't been around for a long time."
While their performance resume is still fairly small, the group
plans to perform a series of music showcases around the world
instead of a series of grueling tours. Coupled with an aggressive
internet and social media presence, as well as their heavy digital
radio airplay and distribution by Interscope Digital on ITunes, It
is not hard to find Aeterno and the group is already discovering
their creative road to success.
By blending elements of alternative, rock, pop, grunge, and indie
mixed with a little reggae, the band draws comparisons from 90s
rock greats such as Alice in Chains, Blind Melon, and nearly
everything in between. Keep it Moving builds upon their previous
achievements with other projects like Old Blotter, Pentecost, The
Eve Band, and Catching Flies, which saw airplay on Philadelphia
area radio stations WYSP, WMMR, and WXPN, as well as MTV and VH1.
Digital copies of the debut EP are available through their Band
Camp page and ITunes, where fans can try before they buy and
stream the entire album for free. Their Facebook, MySpace, and
ReverbNation sites have even more information, along with
pictures, performance schedules, and news. - Artistpr

Aeterno Is:

Neil Sarker - Lead Singer, Rhythm Guitar - Musically, Neil is the youngest of the group, having begun exploring his natural musical talents as a junior in high school. What started late, bloomed quickly as Neil quickly began writing original songs as lead singer-song writer for local favorites "Old Blotter". Over time but with no formal musical training of any kind, Neil refined his song writing and vocal styling’s. Sometimes haunting and hypnotic, and at others, full and powerful, Neil’s vocals can steal the show. Though he loves performing, Neil hopes to only improve his lyric and songwriting, to create meaningful and lasting experiences in the time to come.

Jason Howell - Lead Guitar, Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals - J was truly born to rock. Son to a classical piano teacher and blues band guitarist from a family of rockers, it wasn’t long before J picked up the musical torch. Experimenting early on with piano, violin, keyboard and saxophone, J musicality found his greatest expression when he started playing guitar. Jay’s musical education continued as he played in a variety of indie bands as well as his school’s marching band. Jay and Jimmy D met at the age of 14, forming a band called “Wisdom” and in 1994 they formed “Pentecost” an unconventional metal band. At 17, Jay met Jeffro, who awakened Jay’s appreciation for electronic sounds, and jump-started Jay’s excursion into the deep DJ realms of drum and bass. At 19, Jay began playing with Neil in Old Blotter. Joining Neil was the beginning of an amazing and synergetic collaboration of rock and roll riffs and vocal harmonies that now forms the frontline of Aeterno.

James Donelson (A.K.A. Jimmy D)-Drums, Percussion, Backing Vocals, Producer- Jimmy started to play drums at the age of 5 and has been continuing to develop his art ever since. September/1991-June/1993 Jimmy Performed in the Jazz Band, Concert Band, Orchestra and the Marching Band which was widely known as one of the top three bands on the East Coast, and the number one Drum Line on the East Coast with Methacton H.S Worcester P.A. and that is where he met Jay and they became good friends. Jimmy had to transfer to Perkiomen Valley H.S in 1993, but he did not lose contact with Jay. Jimmy became Drum Instructor his junior year at Perkiomen Valley, writing there music and instructing them on their marching and rudimental drumming. Jay and Jimmy Formed an unconventional metal band called Pentecost in 1994/1995. In1996 till 1998 Jimmy and Jay lived at Dome sound with Richard Gavalis producer/Engineer of “The Bloodhound Gang" “Rain Still Falls” featuring legendary musician “Chuck Treece”, “Monster Magnet” and legendary recording artist “John Whitehead”. The Dome is where Jimmy and Jay met Neil and the boys in “Old Blotter”. In 1996 Jimmy was the drummer/percussionist for the generation x/pop rock power group “Catching Flies”. The band finished the debut album “Just a Phase” October/1995. Jimmy then joined “The Eve Band” and they finished the debut EP “Things to Come” in October/1999. In 2010 Jay and Neil asked Jimmy if he would like to be part of their new project “Aeterno”and he immediately said “Yes”.

Steve Vosburg-Bass- Steve began his musical training playing drums before picking up a bass. His dad, a very well rounded bass player, played along side Steve, throwing riffs back and forth. Steve first picked up a bass at age 10. From age 16 he has played jazz..In 2012, Steve began to play with Aeterno.
