A DUB was born on April 28th 1987 in Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up in northeast Ohio he grew up in a hip-hop atmosphere and was immediately impacted. At the age of 12 A dub began writing and recording songs on his computer. However, he didnt release his 1st mixtape, THE BREAK IZ OVER, until he was 20, in 2007. He has a found respect for the pioneers of the rap game, old school and new school. His respect for the game allows him to create a very unique sound like no other. My goal as a hip-hop artist is not to be like him or do what the next man does, my goal is to fulfill my responsibilities as an entertainer and to create powerful music that the people can relate to. I make music that will make you smile, music that will make you cry, music thatÂ’s gonna make you think in general. But most of all I make just make music you can have fun to. With that mentality, A dub has what it takes to be a force in the game for a long time.
