Warren Britt and First Class are...
The Absolute Truth.
a pair of Emcees hailing from the Crown Heights and Bushwick communities of Brooklyn New York.
First Class and Warren Britt were introduced to each other in the city of New York during the fall of 2003, while meeting for an interview to become VJs (Video Jocks) with a local public access television station. While waiting for the to meet the Program Director they both sparked a conversation that involved their mutual love and respect for music, Hip-Hop and R&B to be more specific, soon becoming knowledgeable of each others lyrical abilities, kicking freestyles in a staircase to pass the time. While the interview proved to be somewhat unproductive. The pair maintained contact every so often, soon enough over a matter of time on a daily basis discussing their love for Hip-Hop among other things.
Though First Class maintained his expression through his love for Hip-Hop even recording for his LP Class In Session and performing on a regular basis, Around 2004 Warren stopped rhyming citing "Growth, Maturity", as well as concentrating on "reality" as his main reasons for stopping. But First Class long mentioned that he'd wanted to get Warren in the studio so they could record at least one song together. Soon enough Warren decided he couldn't fight his love for Hip-Hop any longer. He soon began writing rhymes again in 2007. And in the Fall of 2008, First Class and Warren Britt joined forces to officially become The Absolute Truth. They've started recording a 3 song EP tentivaly titled The Absolute EP set to be released in the January-February '09.
