One of the artists in the Equals7 collective, AARNXBRWN released his latest project Jailbird On Walton back on his birthday, June 2nd. This project had so much anticipation built up the last couple of months including the release of his latest single Summertime Fine the day before this project dropped. I had the honor of being invited to a listening party and I can say this, this project shows his musical and personal growth.
This nineteen-track project displays his perseverance as he unwraps stories of his past and also delivers some tracks that people can turn up to at shows and parties. It has a perfect balance of highs and lows. I've been at several of BRWN's shows and heard his music on my free time and I can say that he's found his sound and versatility. We're just one day away from the official release of Richmond emcee AARNXBRWN forthcoming album, "Jailbird on Walton." Since he's built up so much anticipation, BRWN decided to release a surprise track which he said was him trying to "create and release a track in just a few hours." Besides flow and delivery, the Amerie "Why Dont we Fall In Love" makes this bang!
