12 Summers Old

12 Summers Old makes me want to strap on a Vapor-V air guitar and rock out in front of the mirror.

I have been a fan of 12 Summers Old's music since I first heard their debut album "When The Romance Ends," and just when I didn't expect them to get much better before getting a record deal here they are again with "Hair Spray & Hand Grenades. With catchy choruses and wonderfully crafted songs, 12 Summers Old is going to bring modern pop punk to prominence again. The debut record was indeed good but this album is leap years stronger. In a smart move, "Perfect Love Song" from the last record is included on this album and while it is a good song you will see just how far they have grown since those days. Songs like "Phone books Don't leave Bruises" and "Night To Remember" will make you listen and before you know it you will be bouncing along with them. Why a label like Drive Thru or Victory hasn't swiped these guys up yet, I don't know. If you are a fan of The Starting Line and Spitalfield than 12 Summers Old is defiantly for you. Music like this makes me proud to be a part of the current punk rock scene. (JK) - ALL AGES ZINE

I?m not kidding when I say that 12 Summers Old is right up there in my book with modern-era Punk icons like Green Day, Blink 182, and Sum 41.
