Bio
Aypijee is a genre blurring hip hop band which combines the intimate,
colorful lyrics of Victor San Pedro, the raw bass lines of Nick De La O,
the edgy, electronically enhanced trumpet of Dylan Peck, and finally
the driving rhythmic sensation that's JoJo Ramirez. The band is
constantly collaborating to write new, groovy music, explore sounds, as
well as collectively study the masters: being able to cover various
artists from Gnarls Barkley to the Gorillas. While we are based out of
Northridge, Aypijee plays all over Los Angeles.
