On Thursday September 15th I was able to see a fantastic young band from the Dallas area, Allegheny Drive. I knew I had to speak to them and pick their brains a bit and I was fortunate enough to get that chance. Allegheny Drive is a North Texas experimental rock trio comprised of Daniel Palacios, Mackey Divine, and Nathan Clark. The group's debut album is set to be released in 2017, recorded at Valve Studios in Dallas, Texas, with Jaret Reddick, lead singer and guitarist of Bowling For Soup, as executive producer.
"Allegheny Drive is the collaborative trio between Daniel Noe Palacios, Mackey Divine, and Nathan Clark. Since the birth of the group in 2015, they have focused on creating warped, experimental rock, while delivering highly energetic, dynamically beautiful and sometimes melodically disfigured live shows."
