Bio
Although the current line-up of you and yours formed less than a year ago, the members have been playing music together for nearly a decade. While in High School, guitarist/vocalist Scott Leahy and guitarist Frank Kopcinski formed ska band the Guest Appearance, which brought a mutual friend, bassist Ron Grieger (who played drums at the time), into the picture. The Guest Appearance broke up in the summer of 2003 due to its members pursuing college and various other noble ventures. Both Frank and Ron studied abroad, in Chile and Wales, respectively, each earning degrees. Scott moved to Los Angeles for a year to pursue music and played bass for Bay area favorite Brea, sharing stages with such acts as the Matches, Steel Train, Jonah Matranga and many others. However, in the fall of 2007, Frank, Ron and Scott found themselves living in the same area once more. With nothing better to do, they decided to start a new band. They recruited Frank's brother, Adam, to play drums and with the release of their indie, post-punk and blues influenced debut E.P. plan to exponentially increase the already overwhelming buzz their unique sound has been generating.
