"Your Music"

I stumbled upon your website and listened to a featured songs on the site "My God" snd "Soo Easy". I was extremely impressed with the material. I feel that you are extremely talented and I was equally awed with your style, the quality of the writing, overall production and performance.

Bio

Triz was born Arthur Miller III on September 10, 1980 in Memphis, TN. He got saved at the young age of ten, but unlike many others, he was taught the correct way to live and grow strong in God under the leadership of Pastor, Bishop, Dr. Leo and first lady Dr. Alma Holt at Grace Christian Fellowship Church International. Through the years he involved himself in several youth events and ministries, such as drama, dance, musicals, and the youth choir. Little did he know, God was using all of these things to orchestrate his performance; how to hold a crowd, how to put on a show and captivate an audience with intense flavor. Later, he was united with Greg and Clory Evans who became youth pastors of Grace Christian Fellowship. They added and imparted in him the wisdom and heart of God. This allowed God to instill in him the ministry side of life and how to be true and live what you preach. Triz preached his first message at the age of seventeen. After that, they taught him how to take the word to the streets, domestically and internationally.

From the young age of seven, Triz would walk around saying he was a rapper. “He had never written a rap in his life!” By the age of thirteen he had a group call B.O.S.S. which stood for ‘Boys On Stopping Sin’. “They never wrote a rap!” All this time Triz really never was serious or never tried to write or rap. Something finally started by the age of fifteen. He and some friends would take well known songs and change the words to glorify God. This went on for a short while, then one-day ‘It’ happened. At the age of sixteen, Triz wrote his first rap, which at that time the boys would say, “it’s was bumping”. The gift had to be God given because he started out good. He did not try to rap, it was done.

During this time, Triz had connected with some young men in the youth group at church to form a group called W.A.R. Klick which stood for “We Are Revolutionaries”. Then came the name Triz or Triz-A. It was slang for Tre. He was the 3rd in generation and he represented the trinity, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Throughout the time period of 1997 to 2005, the group impacted the world with the gospel.
As an Artist, not only has he minister in many places throughout his hometown of Memphis, he has also traveled domestically to places like Arkansas, Mississippi, Atlanta, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Colorado and internationally to Venezuela, Brazil, Trinidad, and Tobago. During his career, he has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with such artist as;
Angie and Debbie Winans, Canton Jones, Trinity 5:7, Mase
Master P, Kurtus Blow, Cross Movement, G.R.I.T.S.,
Virtue, Gospel Gangsters, Men of Standard,
Mr. Del, B.B. Jay and many more.
He has blazed the stage at the Holy Hip Hop Awards, many festivals such as the ‘One Fest’ and ministered for different organizations like the Tupac Foundation. Triz has also had radio play in Memphis, TN, Atlanta, GA and many internet radio stations. The number of fans across the world through MySpace, shows, CD’s and word of mouth can not be accounted for. Acting is another bug he has, involving himself in new stage plays.

All that brings us to the present and the future of hip-hop as we know it. Triz, the rapper - actor - speaker - entrepreneur is working on his next musical project, has stared in hit stage plays such at ‘Uncover Church Folks’, and has his hand in a new christian club in Memphis, TN named ‘DA C.R.U.N.K.’ (Christian Rappers Unashamed to Name the King!). Currently he has a solo project entitled ‘Not Cocky, Just Confident’. We as christians can have the rims, gold, and diamonds but remember where it comes from. He’s not cocky, just confident in who he is in God and know what the father says he can have. On a deeper note, Triz talks about how at different times in his youth he had low self-esteem due to different reasons. He knows how it feels to be talked about and cracked on, take metal and spiritual blows, or just never think your good enough. God has brought him out and now he knows who he is. He’s not cocky, he’s just confident in the man he is now. This is a project that will bridge the gap between hip-hop and holy hip-hop. He has a heart for the nations and he is bold enough to take the gospel to the streets uncut and unadulterated. He’s here to let you know that its OK to floss, have fun, and still live a saved, christian lifestyle.
