JOYENGIN is the solo project of drummer Walker Adams who is best known for his work with Beggars Banquet recording artist St. Vincent,
and legendary bassist Percy Jones of Brian Eno and Brand X.
The 25-year-old drummer sings and plays drums and keyboard all at the same time, pushing the limits of the solo musical performance.
While inherently experimental, JOYENGIN'S music is catchy and danceable. His electro dance rock sound displays influences from
LCD Soundsystem, Prince, David Byrne, and Brazilian Girls.
With innovative technique JOYENGIN creates the sound of a full
band and delivers a high-energy performance.
