The three members of HARDSCRABBLE are completely steeped in American Roots music, and they have over 75 years of collective musical experience between them. Often called a "jugless jug band", HARDSCRABBLE creates an exciting, energetic and entertaining blend of Americana drawn primarily from jazz, ragtime, gospel, folk, and country music from the 1920s and '30s. Combining professionalism, humor, and a pure love of roots music, HARDSCRABBLE delivers the goods.
