UTOPiAfest 2014

The 6th Annual UTOPiAfest will be selecting one Sonicbids artist who will receive a $500 travel stipend courtesy of Sonicbids. Each band will also take part in a "video diary" created by the UTOPiAfest crew to capture their performance and experience at UTOPiA 2014.

UTOPiAfest is a unique campout festival in Utopia, TX offering mind-blowing musical performances and West Texas Hill Country sunsets. Presented in a stunning natural amphitheater on the 1,000-acre Four Sisters Ranch (between Garner State Park and Lost Maples), UTOPiAfest is the true alternative to large multiple-stage festivals that often favor quantity over a quality audience experience.

With two alternating stages, fans will have plenty of space to dance and enjoy full sets by world-touring bands from a variety of genres. UTOPiAfest is thoughtfully designed

This year's lineup includes artists such as Cold War Kids, GZA, Warpaint, Kishi Bashi, Father John Misty, and more. 

Past lineups have included Dr. Dog, White Denim, Charles Bradley, Kaki King, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Toubab Krewe, and many more to be announced!

Over the past two years Sonicbids artists Sour Bridges, Hard Proof, Soniamiki, and Residual Kid have performed at the festival. Check out a video below of Sour Bridges performing a cover of "Dear Prudence" at UTOPiAfest 2012.
