Summerfest 2014 will take place in Milwaukee, WI from June 25 - 29 and July 1 6 and will be closed Monday, June 30. Following its 1968 debut, Summerfest has evolved into what is now recognized as The Worlds Largest Music Festival, bringing the music industrys hottest stars, emerging talent and local favorites along with approximately 900,000 people from Milwaukee and around the world together each year for an unforgettable live music experience. During the 11-day festival, the spotlight shines on over 800 acts, 11 stages, delectable food and beverages and interactive activities, all in a world-class festival setting.
Summerfest has reserved at least 40 slots for Sonicbids artists to perform at the 2014 festival. Since 2004, Summerfest has selected more than 400 Sonicbids artists to include in their lineup! All selected artists will be compensated for their performances.
The festival celebrates diversity in music and features hundreds of local, regional and national performers in genres including everything from Alternative, Country, R&B and Reggae to Blues, Zydeco, Rock, Pop, Latin and more.
