Summary

"It's bigger than Hip Hop..."

Open for Dead Prez, the hip hop duo formed in NY in 1996. They're known for their confrontational style, combined with socialist lyrics focused on both militant social justice and Pan-Africanism. 

Lakota Regime is a full service entertainment company that handles all aspects of production, booking and artist management.  They are securing two Sonicbids artists to open for Dead Prez on May 15th in Austin TX.



Terms And Conditions

  • The band must be able to perform a 20 minute set
  • The band will need to provide their own transportation to the gig.

    • In applying to this opportunity artists understand that they will be responsible for providing their own travel to and from the show. 

    Venue Backline Includes:

    DJ

    2 x Technic 1200s turntables

    2x packs of AAs batteries (16 total)

    1 x professional Vestax or Rane Mixer (with Serato built in or
    separate Serato box)

    2 serato control vinyl records

    1 x Wireless Shure Beta 58 microphone w/ boom mic stand

    1X laptop stand to place above turntables

    1 x 6 ft table on stage for replay machine and turntables

    2  MICS:
    Two (2) Shure SM58 Hand Held w/ two straight mic stands


    Audio:
    PROFESSIONAL P.A. LINE ARRAY SOUND SYSTEM(K-1, V-DOSC, VERTEC).
