Jon-Paul R. is made up of 4 up and coming musicians. Jon-Paul Ruggieri recieved his degree in Professional Music with a concentration in Songwriting and Performance from Berklee College of Music, Chris Johnson has a BA in music from Western Connecticut College, Mike Knox has a BA in music from UConn, and David Clay has a BA in music from NYU. With a heavy influence on blues and folk, the band has come up with their own unique sound complete with an upright bass and rich vocal harmonies. Their debut CD "Night Bird" has just been released.
