Third Story Congress has been together in varios incarnations for a few years now. While previously exploring a more folky rock and roll thing they have recently forayed into dance music because it feels great to make people dance.
Jake Haller is a great blues piano player. He and Chris Monti have been playing for years as the blues duo the Killdevils.
Edward DeMille and Chris have been playing together for eight years now in varyous folk and hippie music groups.
Fran Brennan recently moved from thumpin upright to some pretty great electric funk bass.
Third Story Congress has played at The Black Repertory Theater, AS220, The Call, The Water Street Cafe, and parties all over RI and Mass.
