Please accept the heartfelt thanks of not only myself but also the Apopka Woman’s Club for you performing at our 46th annual Apopka Art and Foliage Festival.
The weekend was a huge success. We had such beautiful weather, record crowds, and more artist and foliage venders than ever before. We also had so many great acts on both days and I am so glad that you were a part of it. The weekend was special because of your presence.
I appreciate your support not only for the Woman's Club but for Apopka also and I hope that I can call on you next year to perform for us again.
Sincerely,
Susan C. Bornmann, Chairman
Entertainment Festival Committee

DROP,
Divine, Raw, and On Point
Drop is a self taught acoustic guitar musician. While strumming his guitar, he creates inspirational melodies. Smooth R&B with a relaxing yet dynamic voice quality would describe this extraordinary singer/songwriter. A uniquely delectable blend of love and mood enhancing music wrapped up in a sultry soulful package. Everyone that hears “Drop” becomes an immediate life long fan. Even though he is an unsigned artist, Drop is divine, raw, and lyrically on point.
Drop opened for Grammy award winning artist Anthony Hamilton; as well as opening acts for Nappy Roots, Keith Sweat, Mario Winans, Jon B, and Angie Stone. He also recorded with the likes of R&B legend Big Bub (from the group “Today”) and Grammy award winning producer Easy Moe B. He also débuted and co-wrote a duet with Platinum Ice Records’ artist, Ms. Quick. From 2002 to 2005, Drop collaborated with the quartet “Diamondz”. They set the Southeastern United States on fire with their lyrics and harmony from Atlanta, Ga. to Dallas, TX.
Drop was born Melvin Delorn in Washington DC. As part of a military family, his extensive travel as a developing youth helped mold his talent. He began performing as a child in Nuremberg Germany and continued his career in Honolulu, Hawaii. He attended high school in Germany, and graduated in Mililani, Hawaii. Drop became well versed with many different cultures. His international flavor tantalizes many audiences with his stage presence and smooth falsetto. Never forgetting to bring his sidekick along, his acoustic guitar, to make the performance complete.
