Summary
Dewey Beach Popfest is guaranteeing at least 10 slots for Sonicbids artists interested in performing at the ninth annual event at Rusty Rudder. Selected artists will gain enormous exposure, great networking opportunities and will also receive a small stipend to help cover their expenses.
36 bands will play on 4 stages in 2 nights. Genres accepted are power-pop, brit-pop, pop, alternative pop, and pop rock.
Past performers include: Elizabeth & the Catapult, The Kin, Flying Machines, Parachute, Ike, The Jellybricks, Cliff Hillis & The Forward Thinkers, Atomic Tom, Pat Dinizio of The Smitereens, The Rosenbergs, The Churchills, Johnny Lives, Comic Book Heros, Omnisoul, Honor By August, Army of Me and many more.
