The Fall 2011 event will be Bluesin'® On The High Seas October 23-30 aboard the five star Holland America Zaandam to exotic ports in the Mexican Riviera.
The cruise will feature 70+ Performances by 20+ of the Industry's Hottest Acts. Past performers and guests include Taj Mahal, Johnny Winter, Elvin Bishop, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Dr. John, Los Lobos, Susan Tedeschi, The Derek Trucks Band, Ike Turner, Dion, Fabulous Thunderbirds, Keb Mo, Bobby Rush, Lonnie Brooks, Tyrone Davis, Low Rider Band, Tommy Castro, Irma Thomas, Marcia Ball, Curtis Salgado, Bernard Allison, John Lee Hooker Jr., Eric Sardinas and more.
The cruise will also include Industry Panels, Musician Workshops, Late Night Pro Jams, Pro-Amateur Jams, Theme Nights and much more.
Founded in 2002, The Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise is recognized as one of the premiere Blues Events on the planet. It's a Floating Blues Festival where, according to past event performer Taj Majal, "Everyone Has A Backstage Pass!"
