Mark Smith aka Saint started out as an in-house producer at Music Factory Records in 1991 and as well as producing and remixing a whole host of Artists, including Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Abbacadabra (for PWL), and more, He helped to develop the now infamous Tidy Trax Record label.
During his eight years with the Music Factory Group he went on to produce and remix some of the biggest clubland success stories, and contributed monthly to the Mastermix D.J Mix Service, producing hundreds of Mega-Mixes for the worlds D.J feternity. In 1997, he became the Main producer behind the Energize label (Nicki French, Blonde Ambition etc) and released tracks all over the globe.
In 1999 he set up Saint Productions, and has never looked back, producing hits all over the world including mixes for DMC and The CD POOL D.J services and producing/Remixing more worldwide Club smashes for labels in Australia, Spain, Mexico, Germany and of course the U.K.
His production sound is simple… Inimitable, fresh and more importantly instant! Dance-Floors are set alight when a Saint mix is played, and it is for these reasons that Saint’s success and popularity has continued.
The last few years has seen Saint Productions produce massive remixes for Divine Inspiration, Harry Brooks, Candi Staton, Viola Wills, Smash, Katherine Jenkins and many more, and with the success of the debut track “Show Me Heaven” (Saint Feat. Suzanna Dee), the success story continues. Saint is currently signed to Inferno Records (UK) who have scored countly hits over the years. The new single "One In A Million" is released in July 2004 on Inferno Records... watch out for it.
Saint is currently completing productions/Remixes for Suzanna Dee & Saint, Nicki French, Divine Inspiration and a number of productions for their new Triad Recording label.
