Push2Start

Push2Start is an emerging pop vocal group from Los Angeles. They combine Boyz II Men style harmonies with the look and sex appeal of The Wanted, but these men also channel the Spice Girls’ charisma for celebrating individuality. With dynamic musical backgrounds, each member brings his own flare to their original tracks creating an unmistakably distinct sound. The four guys share the role of lead, highlighting everyone’s range and personality in their solos while giving the harmonies the power of sounding like one voice.

Push2Start consists of four “out” artists: Trevor, the youngest member of the group, is your all-American boy-next-door whose wholesome disposition is best captured by his delicate tone. Josh’s sleek look and stylized R&B background lends itself to his confident delivery with a touch of vulnerable sweetness. Marc brings the funk and swagger, like fellow Filipino artist Bruno Mars. His sultry and smooth voice adds raw sexuality to his performances. E.L. channels his Cuban heritage, church upbringing and theater experience to carry several of the most powerful and passionate moments of the group's songs.

Uniquely, Push2Start writes and produces their own music from the ground up, citing modern influences such as composer Max Martin (Backstreet Boys, Katy Perry) and songwriter Dan Wilson (Adele, Taylor Swift). While their music is undeniably pop in nature, each track brings a different flavor of soul, rock and dance. Push2Start recorded their four-song EP in early 2013 and are excited to perform at events and local venues throughout the spring and summer.
