FREE submission for artists — submission fees covered in full by Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings. In early June, your profile will be uploaded onto the Test Drive website, where your fans, along with the Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings faithful, can vote for your band as their favorite on the site.

The top 50 voted artists will move to a panel review. The Artist Relations teams from Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings will choose FIVE final artists to be outfitted with Taylor 300 or 400 Series Grand Auditorium acoustic guitars, a supply of Elixir Strings, and Elixir® Cables.

These final artists will be challenged to play music with their new gear and create a short video that showcases how they used it. The videos will be posted on the contest website for a second round of voting in mid-August.

The band with the most votes will receive free recording time at New York City’s acclaimed Tainted Blue Studios. The band will also enjoy a formal artist relationship with Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings.

Please note: All band members must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of one of the 50 United States, D.C. or Canada (excluding Quebec) in order to be eligible.
