Based in Hollywood and Sacramento, the competition is open to both amateur and professional singers, bands, and songwriters worldwide. Winners will receive a full recording package at Track Shack Studios (a $15,000 value for band/vocalist winners), one free night lodging in Sacramento for out of town winners, and a complimentary lunch for two. Entries will be judged on originality as well as compositional, lyrical, and melodic content; therefore a professional recording is not necessary./n/nGigatone Entertainment is pleased to announce its worldwide talent search for vocalists, bands, and songwriters. Entries will be judged by Gigatone Entertainment, as well as an additional panel of music industry professionals. There will be one Sonicbids winner in each of the following categories:

• Vocalist:
  
  Fully produced, radio-ready professional recording of up to 5 songs at The Track Shack Studios and featuring top Bay Area session musicians (a $15,000 value).
  
  

• Band:
  
  Fully produced, radio-ready professional recording of up to 5 songs at The Track Shack Studios (a $15,000 value).
  
  

• Songwriter:
  
  Fully produced, radio-ready professional recording of your winning song entry recorded at The Track Shack Studios in Sacramento; winning song entry will be recording by a Gigatone recording artist and feature top Bay Area session musicians (a $3,000 value).

In addition, the winner in each category will receive one free night�s lodging at a Sacramento hotel for out of town winners (travel not included) and a complimentary lunch for two at a local Sacramento fine dining establishment.

Entries will be judged on originality as well as compositional, lyrical, and melodic content; therefore a professional recording is not necessary. Songs are open to the following genres:
