Summary
Boston Calling Music Festival is a two-day, two-stage festival featuring some of the biggest and best acts in live music. The event will be one big party with easy access to both stages, food, services and more. The festival will take place on September 7 and 8, 2013 at City Hall Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts.
Boston Calling is reserving 2 slots for Sonicbids artists to perform alongside artists such as Vampire Weekend, Passion Pit, Kendrick Lamar, Local Natives, Major Lazer, Deer Tick, plus many more! The two selected artists will also be compensated with stipends courtesy of Sonicbids. A portion of profits from the $10 submission fee will be donated directly to the Boston Children's Hospital.
The inaugural Boston Calling Festival in May 2013 attracted 40,000 attendees over two days and featured acts such as The National, fun., Of Monsters and Men, Dirty Projectors, The Shins, Ra Ra Riot, and Young the Giant.
