Fontana's, Cameo Gallery, Crash Mansion, and John Street Bar. Venues range in capacity from 100-300, and performing artists are required to draw at lesat 25 people. All venues will provide sound equipment, a PA, and a sound engineer. About the venues:



Fontana's is located at the edge of Chinatown on the Lower East Side at 105 Eldridge Street between Broome and Grand. There is a live performance area downstairs which also has DJ and private party capabilities.



Cameo Gallery is dedicated to showcasing the disciplines of artisanal handicraft and classic, shake-the-floors rock. The casual air coloring Cameo’s spacious gallery is a fresh alternative to the insular Chelsea crawl, and the venue’s sky-high ceilings allow for the sort of natural, Spector-sized reverb that haunts aspiring rockers’ dreams. The venue resembles a black box but functions as a high-design soundstage, providing an ideal showcase for local talents with an hour and a mike.



Crash Mansion is nestled in the basement of 18,000-square-foot restaurant-and-club complex BLVD, Crash Mansion feels like somebody's hip basement--complete with a small performance stage, a clean-sounding system and equipment for streaming live shows to the Internet. On weekends, find multiple band showcases from 7:30pm until midnight.



John Street Bar is located in the heart of downtown Manhattan was voted best bar in 2005 by new york magazineIts. Its logo is Harley Davidson-style, the music classic rock and the menu strictly pub grub.
