Bio
I have been involved in many musical projects in recent years in and around Edinburgh outwith performing as a singer/songwriter. I have worked with local composers writing lyrics to compliment their music, entering 'The Tovey Memorial Prize' with talented composer Luci Holland. Moreover, I have performed in many bands playing bass guitar for such acts as alt/country outfit 'Andrew Mill and the Stolen Pirates' and progressive funk purveyors the 'Edelweiss Pirates'. However 2011 will see my focus firmly on my passion for songwriting and performing as I promote my new demo. 'The Opsimath Demo' is a four song compilation that defines my musical sphere influenced by music that extends to ceilidh, baroque, folk, alternative rock and pop with instrumentation and arrangements that encompass a range of palettes from tasteful sparceness and exuberantly intense orchestration.
