Artist Bio: Blaire is a rap artist born and raised in Natchitoches, LA. He began writing music at age 11. He began recording his first original studio tracks at age 16. He released his first original cd alongside another local artist. This project gained local recognition. Blaire continued to write and record music while attending college at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. During this time he collaborated with other local artists before releasing his most recent mixtape entitled "The Mixtape Before The Mixtape" This project sparked a buzz throughout Louisiana, Texas, and other parts of the southern region that had the rap game anticipating his next move. The most recent release, "Paperwork" has been receiving great feedback, reviews, featured on blogs and hip hop sites, and buzzing all over the internet with success from singles along with music videos. Blaire spits creative lyricism and wordplay over hard bass lines and 808's. He cites first becoming interested in music after growing up hearing timeless R&B such as Earth, Wind, and Fire, Marvin Gaye, and The Isley Brothers. His music brings a different feel to the rap game. With legendary influences such as 2pac, Notorious B.I.G., Screwed up Click, UGK, Eightball & MJG, Outkast, Devin the Dude, T.I., Lil Wayne, Z-ro (of S.U.C.), Jay-Z, Kanye West, and a host of others throughout different genres, it is no wonder that the music world is interested in this artist. Blaire has performed alongside legendary Houston, TX artist E.S.G., Keyshia Cole, Avant, Kirko Bangz, Plies, Kevin Gates and a host of other venues and events.
