Rick Cassar has worked in numerous bands in Connecticut for over 40 years while teaching English in Danbury. David Gedney has been writing poetry and song lyrics

for roughly the same amount of time. After his Navy hitch he became a journeyman printer and then a Graphic Artist. Dave finished his career as a property manager in the White Plains area of New York. Currently both men are enjoying their creative collaboration.
They grew up together in Goldens Bridge, NY, graduated from high school (John Jay, Cross River, NY, class of 1963) went through navy boot camp together and served apart during the Vietnam War. After four years service they reunited and discovered their interests in song writing. Unfortunately, college and careers soon drew them apart.
After a 39 year hiatus, Rick found Dave using an information search engine and sent him a Christmas card. Receiving the card floored Dave and they reunited to discover that their interest in song writing was still strong.
Dave sent Rick several of his song lyrics and they were off and running.
